ein sauberer Herr(?) mit Pseudonym Jorg Pingel hatte vor 1 Woche in <!-- w --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.Willhaben.at">www.Willhaben.at</a><!-- w --> eine sagenhaft günstige BMW inseriert. Die Kaufanbahnung hatte den folgenden Wortlaut:
Dear Sir ,
I bought the bike while I stayed in Germany.Now I stay in London / United Kingdom and the bike is here with me.Because i moved to London i must sell the bike back in Germany because it has german documents .The bike
has german documents with german registration .
I will cover all the taxes for shipping ( the shipping is free to your home address ) . The deal will be made via MotoScout24 Gewißheit Programm via Europe a 100 % safe and legal way of making a transaction .The deal will be like that : You will transfer the money , MotoScout24 will put the
money into a safe account from them.After MotoScout24 will receive the payment confirmation they will start the deal and in 2 days you will receive the bike + all the documents + a sale contract.After that you have 5 days
Genau der gleich Wortlaut tauch seit 2 Jahren bei unterschiedlichen Inseratprovidern immer wieder auf. Ich habe die email Spuren des Herrn verfolgt - die Quellserver liegen in den USA und Rumänien. Lobenswert war die Reaktion von Willhaben.at - das dubiose Inserat wurde, an einem Sonntag gemeldet, innerhalb von 20 min gelöscht.
Falls es Geschädigte geben sollte, wäre mitunter eine Strafverfolgung anzustreben. Die Serveradress des Providers in Rumänien blieb nach dem 2. Mailwechsel konstant und ist daher vermutlich echt.

........ leider scheinen sich derartige Dinge doch zu lohnen, sonst würden die Gauner das nicht mit ein und derselben Masche über Jahre hinweg durchziehen.
Der Eintrag im Forum wurde deshalb gemacht, weil er "googelbar" ist - damit sinkt die Chance der Bande gutgläubige E..... zu finden. Da der Herr so schön korrespondiert hat, lies sich mit hoher Wahrscheinlichkeit die IP Adresse des Mailservers seines Providers harausfinden (über die Log Files ist er damit zumindest seinem Provider namentlich bekannt). Rumänien ist jetzt EU Land und die Rechtsstaatlichkeit macht auch dort Fortschritte. Mögliche Geschädigte sollten zur Jagd blasen - alalong wird das die Mailboxen etwas reinigen.

sicherlich sollte man an soetwas immer mit gesundem menschenverstand herangehen und besser etwas zu vorsichtig sein, aber diese pauschale aussage "wer auf so einen scheiß reinfällt ist selber schuld" finde ich nicht in ordnung. jeder kann auf eine abzocke hereinfallen und die werden auch immer raffinierter.
aber wie heißt es doch so schön "wer den schaden hat braucht für den spott nicht zu sorgen" ... ist wohl auch wieder so eine sinnlose menschliche eigenschaft.

Moinsen,
als ich meine GPZ bei autoscout und mobile eingestellt hatte, habe ich eben solche emails von dubiosen "Interessenten" bekommen, die mir einen sofortigen Kauf in Aussicht gestellt haben.
Allerdings war der Text dauernd in Englisch... glaube, die wollen damit an die email- Adresse des Anbieters kommen, um Anfragen direkt umzuleiten... Also; Vorsicht geboten und nicht antworten 8)

Bei mir gab es gestern diese beiden Mails, welche ich nicht für seriös halte. Werde einfach nicht weiter darauf reagieren, aber sehr merkürdig sind die schon. Oder was meint ihr:

Bleibt Wachsam! In England gibts genug Leute, die ihr Zeux los werden wollen... da muß man es nicht umständlich über Deutschland machen... Es gibt "keinen" Vorteil dadurch...
Genau den selben Wortlaut habe ich bei meinem Roller bei Mobile.de ( keine Werbung) auch erhalten allerdings stand dann als Absender Annita Markus. Sorry nur Cash als Antwort und siehe da keine weitere mail kommt is doch komisch oder ?? Ich kann nur jedem raten keine Bankdaten zu übersenden, denn dann is alles zu spät. Datenschutz fängt immer bei jedem selber an.

Habe heute die Antwort auf ne Frage bei ner Maschine in Motoscout bekommen ... das Angebot war ziemlich gut. Zu gut ....
Wollte gerade den Link raussuchen von dem Angebot, wurde aber schon gelöscht. Sonst hätte ich dafür gesorgt.
